Dave & Carolyn give a caring service to all guests. In return for this nurture, some Karma Yoga assistance is built into the programmes when staying here.

There are three single rooms and one twin available. Rooms are clean and fresh with simple fixtures. Cotton bed linen helps with a good night’s sleep!
Towels are always provided.

Food is vegetarian fayre - the majority of which is home cooked and fresh every day.

A lounge just for guests, plus a library stocked with 1500 books on yoga, health and philosophy makes staying here a sheer pleasure.

Walks, wildlife and birds all add to the ambience of a stay at The Cottage.
