A day to update your knowledge and skills in relation to Post Natal Yoga. This day will be a pre-cursor to the new Post Natal module due later in 2012.

Outline plan of the day - Safe and effective yoga practice specifically tailored for post natal restoration, recovry, core strength and bonding.

JIVAMUKTI METHOD - THE GURU AS THE MIRROR

A day of Jivamukti yoga honouring the aspect of Guru in our lives and the stories of the lives, teachings and importance of the 3 gurus of Jivamukti.

Practice will be an open style class - vigorous with detailed exploration on particular sutras and themes of the class. Chanting and Meditation on the topics will be included on all days.

Like a tree is shaped by the wind and competition for light, we humans are also shaped by our environment, we may have genes of strong oak or slender willows, but the way we shape ourselves has more to do with the interaction with our outer and inner worlds.

This weekend will pursue the notion of reducing conflict both inner and outer so we can feel more at ease with ourselves.

THERAPEUTIC THAI YOGA MASSAGE - Spine, Neck & Shoulders

This workshop will explore Therapeutic yoga postures which specifically deal with the spine, neck and shoulders. It will also provide some useful acupressure routines along the energy lines and trigger points to treat these vulnerable areas.

BWYQ Diploma in Teaching Yoga

2012 course now commenced - next course availability - January 2013.

NVQ Level 4 Teachers Diploma - the first national qualification framework teacher training course to be run in the East Midands.Both tutors are very excited about leading this course together.

Entry details - at least BWY Foundation Course or equivalent with at least two years experience in yoga practice
