The body provides the material base for all that we are. Our conditioning is literally 'embodied' . How we are, how we feel, act and behave, is influenced by patterns that are grounded in the body.
This workshop highlights the importance of listening to the physical information that informs the conditioned mind. In turn, quality of mind determines how we read sensation as we enter into the body work offered by Yoga.
Booking for the weekend is preferable but single day bookings may be available if we have space. Please enquire before booking.
John Stirk has been teaching Yoga and Mind-body movement for 40 years and has recently published his third book: “The Original Body”. He runs classes, workshops and residentials for yoga students and teachers throughout the UK and internationally.
